Rekindeled Love with all things Yarny

Happy Resurrection Day!!
As I sit here before the cooking begins I decided I should start a blog about all the other stuff I do....right?  Well here goes!  I enjoy anything creative knitting, crochet, sewing, scrapbooking, cardmaking, jewelry making....shoot everything and I would like to share that creativity with you here!  Lets get to it.

Lets talk about Ravelry!  Genius!!  I taught myself to crochet and kit from You Tube.  You can learn anything once you put your heart to it.  I am not an expert on either craft but I do enjoy them both.  So let me share:

What's on my Hooks and Needles?

Details: Since its been a while since I've picked up my needles I had to You Tube the MIL and MIR, lol.  Hey its all good.  This pattern would be great for anyone that's tired of doing garter stitch and ready to learn a new skill.  If you are a seasoned knitter this would be TV knitting for you.

What's on my Hook?

Yarn: Madelinetosh Pashmina
Colorway: Pashmina
Hook: Susan Bates I-9
Pattern: Free

Details: Isn't is too pretty in  Red?  I think this is so pretty and elegant.  I tried this about a year ago and was just confused!@# I picked it up and now I am on a roll.  This yarn is so squishy is a wool, silk, cashmere blend......so nice on the hands.  I will definitely use this yarn again!

I hope you are spending time with family and fiber!
Toodles!
